Kitestring Roots

We are a 20-year-old startup, born in Northwest Arkansas and growing to meet the demand for our technology expertise and partnership.  We are similar to consultancies in a few ways, providing on-demand tech services and handling immigration/sponshorship fully inhouse.  However, we are a local American company, providing services mostly in and around Arkansas.  Kitestring also operates in Colorado, North Carolina, and Washington D.C.

Our roles are at mostly large companies and are ongoing (few short-term), and Kitestring plans future work for our experts.  We have no non-compete clauses, and we think this benefits both client and candidate if they make an offer.  This is precisely why there are only 150 experts currently -- we want our employees to make the right decisions for themselves and their families and we are picky and compensate our experts extremely well.

We strive for quality in our people and in our technology work.  Founded in 1998 by a systems developer, Kitestring is rooted in technical expertise.  Even today our management team is comprised of engineers that speak and understand technology.  We interview and choose carefully the type of experts that we hire, focusing on quality and balance and not just skillset or headcount -- our clients appreciate and trust us because this quality makes a difference in our long-term successes. 

After the hire, Kitestring is deliberate about growing our tech talent and incentivizes the experts that are passionate about staying ahead and keeping their edge.  Today the company has over 150 experts that are full-time and excited about the difference we make in our work.
