Spotlight: Haley McCormick

Q: Tell us about yourself!
A: Originally from Michigan, lived in South Georgia, now Bentonville is home. Lived in Bentonville for 23 years. 2 kids, 23-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old son. A German Shepherd named Ruger, A deaf white boxer named Rocky, and a cat named Remington Linda. Been with Kitestring for 1 year. Lead the reporting and analytics on the America’s Car-Mart Team.

 

Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
A: I love the lake! Every nice weekend I am on the boat! I love to hike the trails of NWA and spend time with my family and extended family. I love to volunteer and spend time in my community.

 

Q: What led you to this career? Were you influenced by anyone or anything?
A: I had been in Reporting and Analytics with CPG companies for 17 years and wanted to check out the grass on the other side. I wanted to experience reporting and analytics outside of CPG to increase my skills.

 

Q: What are you most proud of accomplishing since joining Kitestring?
A: Building a ROCKSTAR team that delivers on all of our customer’s needs!

 

Q: What’s one thing – either industry-related or not – you learned in the last month?
A: How we are going to implement Snowflake at ACM and take reporting and analytics to the next level.

 

Q: What keeps you motivated?
A: My kids and the ability to see my customer utilize the tools we build to advance their business.

 

Q: Where is your favorite destination to travel to, and why?
A: I love all-inclusives in Mexico. It makes me feel like a queen. Total relaxation and pampering and the weather is always amazing!!

 

Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: A race car driver

 

Q: What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received?
A: Be good and Do Good. Be positive and bring people along.
