The process of becoming a certified “Great Place To Work” involves surveying each of our employees. Our team members were individually surveyed on questions ranging from how they felt about working at Kitestring to what they feel like working with Kitestring team members and leadership.

In addition to collecting feedback from our employees, the certification process compares the Kitestring score to how other companies scored. We are proud that 98% of our employees say we’re a great place to work, compared to the average of 59%.
